چکیده

With the widespread use of internet, exploring how it will influence labor market is great significance. Based on 2010-2018 China Family Panel Studies dataset, this paper investigates effect internet sustainable employability among Chinese aged 16-60. The empirical results panel double-hurdle model show that can significantly enhance an individual's competitiveness in market. Moreover, heterogeneity tests middle and older adults, freelancers, those living disadvantaged regions benefit more brought about by internet. authors define phenomenon as information welfare which has narrowed digital gap caused uneven development technology different social groups. In addition, positive coefficient associated with driven higher skill requirements specific workplaces. further explored role workplace computerization had process.
